My Last shot on the show! Check out that finger cycle! haha, one of the first things I did when I got on the show was make a finger cycle for some reason...Seemed like everyone working on Dee and Dum got to use it, but I could never get it into my own shots. But finally! there it is...part of it at least. I have about a million monkey shots to upload when I edit them all together, and a handful more tweedle shots. Think I finished the show with 66 shots including all the monkeys. Think I was on the show for about 9 months, its all a blur now.

Anyway, hope you enjoy the film. Just noticed this....Check out the extra in the back, sweet.

Dog

More Dog stuff to come. I animated the dog, and roto'd Anne Hathaway's hands and arms for the 3d....rotoing hands isn't very fun. This was a really tricky shot for me because the hold out for the dog was a dude holding a sphere on a stick....and the dogs head is more rectangular. Anne's hands are following the contour of the sphere, but I had to cheat the roto on her hands and fingers to match up with my dog's head. I had fun doing the interaction between her hands and the dogs skin. Terry also did an additional sim on top of my animation.

I have 11 more shots to upload later...I'll just put everything online no matter how good or bad it is. We were on crunch for about 6 months on this show, so some shots got more love then others did. Anyway hope you enjoy them.

I probably messed up the edit cutting this together...These were the 1st shots I was giving on the show. There was originally another shot that hooks up after Hurley gets his hair cut off, but that was cut right after I finished it. It didn't really make sense to cut to the the shot anyway. I animated Darwin, Hurley, the blade, and the camera in these shots. The 2nd shot was really tricky to work with the blade, because the show was in 3d, the blade couldn't break frame at all...they wanted the blade to go fast, but there was no where for it to travel, so I had to do some really funky cheats.
